Die Bundeskontaktstelle Internationale Arbeit arbeitet seit 1990 mit Umweltorganisationen und kommunalen Verwaltungen in den Ländern Mittel- und Osteuropas zusammen. Mit Beratungs- und Seminarangeboten sowie durch die Erstellung von Broschüren soll die Vernetzung zwischen deutschen und mittel- und osteuropäischen Organisationen gefördert werden.

Informationen über Umweltprojekte, Veranstaltungen oder Aktionen in den Ländern Mittel- und Osteuropas sind uns stets willkommen und können nach Rücksprache im sogenannten Internet-Newsletter veröffentlicht werden.

Weitere Tätigkeitsbereiche der Bundeskontaktstelle Internationale Arbeit sind: Bereitstellung von Informationen und Literatur über Umwelt in Mittel- und Osteuropas (MOE); Vermittlung von Kontakten und kompetenten Ansprechpartnern; Unterstützung von Umweltkampagnen in MOE; öffentlichkeitswirksame Aufbereitung von Informationen über Umwelt in MOE; Hilfe bei der fachlichen Qualifizierung von Partnergruppen in MOE durch Praktika und Seminare.

Since 1990 the federal contact point for “International work” cooperates with environmental groups and communal public authorities of countries in Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE). By offering expert advice and different workshops, as well as creating documentations, the network of German and Middle and Eastern European organisations developed well.

Information about environmental projects, events and activities in MEE are always welcome and can be published in our newsletter after consultation.
Other fields of activity of the contact point for international work are the allocation of contacts and competent experts, support of environmental campaigns in MEE and public-oriented publishing of information about the environment in MEE. Moreover, we help to further qualify our partner groups in MEE by arranging internships and workshops.
